For Asst. Surgeon (General) -> 35 Years
Asst. Surgeon (Dental) -> 30 Years
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.5400/- for all posts.
Educational Qualifications:
For Assistant Surgeon (General)    -> MBBS Degree
For Assistant Surgeon (Dental) -> BDS Degree
Selection Process: Written Examination
Examination Fee: Rs.750/- for General and OBC Category candidates; Rs.375/- for SC/SCA/ST candidates. In addition, candidates have to pay the service charges applicable to the Indian Bank (in case of offline payments) or Net Banking charges (Credit / Debit Card).
