CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Candidates should possess BE (Electronics/Instrumentation/Electrical) with 0-2 yrs experience
- DCS/PLC/F&G System Knowledge
- Responsible for regular service activities, add-on execution, up-grades/migration and implementation of other growth initiatives.
- Manage all kind of service requests mainly for IOCL Paradeep CAMC.
- Diagnose the issue and provide appropriate technical solutions to customers.
- Proactively follow-up on solutions / suggestions provided to customers to ensure no further action is required and the issue can be closed out.
- Self motivated, team player.
