Qualification:

Candidates have to possess the final examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and
should be an Associate / Fellow Members of ICSI.

Age limit:

For Deputy General Manager (F&A)-(Company Secretariat)-upper age limit 50 years for all the categories.
For Finance & Accounts Officer-(Secretariat Executive)-Maximum age 30 years for UR and 35 years for SC/ST candidates.

Application Fee (Non-refundable):

Candidates have to pay application fee Rs.500 for General candidates and Rs.100/- for SC/ST candidates.

The candidates may deposit application fee at any branch of SBI through Challan which can be downloaded from the ONGC website www.ongcindia.com. The fee is to be deposited in ONGC Power Jyoti A/C Number 30827318409 of SBI, Tel Bhavan, Dehradun.

The departmental candidates are required to deposit the application fee through challan form.

Pay Scale:

The pay scale is in the grade of Rs.24,900-50,500/- for E-1 level and Rs.51,300-73,000/- for E-6 level with an increment of 3% per year

Selection Process:

Selection process will be based on educational qualification, experience and performance in Personal Interview.

How to apply:

Candidates are required to download application format from the ONGC website www.ongcindia.com. After fill up the application it should send by post to the Deputy General Manager (IE)-Recruitment, ONGC, Green Hills, Ground Floor, ‘B’ Wing, TelBhavan, Dehradun-248003 on or before 07.02.2015.

Candidates are required to superscribed on the envelope “Application for the post of Dy.GM (Finance) Company Secretariat (or) Finance & Accounts Officer-Secretariat Executive along with ADvt.No.1/2015 (R&P)” as the case may be.

Candidates are required to attached with application form Self-attested photocopies of Date of Birth certificate(10th Mark Sheet /Certificate), Certificate issued by Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for passing the final examination and an Associate / Fellow Members(Valid as on 07.02.2015) of ICSI, Caste and experience Certificate (wherever applicable) and ONGC’s copy of original Challan slip through which application fee has been deposited
