CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Candidates should possess BE/B.Tech/Dip ECE & EEE from a recognized university
- Telecom background & relevant previous experience
- Sound technical competence respect to stream
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Personnel management skills
- To ensure operational efficiency by developing working practices, processes and methods
- Ensure to make Core configuration changes within SLA by proper in Coordination with all related functions
- To handle primary escalations happening due to core configuration
- Planning & scheduling the core node SW upgrades in line with circle Operation team
- Good in understanding the new concepts in core and develop skills
- Good operational experience in the core configuration especially on Nokia core equipments and
- Good Operational experience in the Monolithic and Release 4 network (MGW, MSC server)
- Able to plan and execute the tasks based on the priority
- To ensure error free implementation of CR in Core Networks
- To create New Site Creation 2G & 3G and Site Migration
- To make RF Parameter Changes
- Frequency plan implementation
- To perform BSC rehoming, Gb over IP, PCU pooling
- To make BSS Parameter Changes.
- Good Knowledge of MNP (Mobile Number Portability) Implementation
