JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To ensure operational efficiency by developing working practices, processes and methods
• Ensure to make Core configuration changes within SLA by proper in Coordination with all related functions
• To handle primary escalations happening due to core configuration
• Planning & scheduling the core node SW upgrades in line with circle Operation team
• Good in understanding the new concepts in core and develop skills
• Good operational experience in the core configuration especially on Nokia core equipments and
• Good Operational experience in the Monolithic and Release 4 network (MGW, MSC server)
• Able to plan and execute the tasks based on the priority
• To ensure error free implementation of CR in Core Networks
• To create New Site Creation 2G & 3G and Site Migration
• To make RF Parameter Changes
• Frequency plan implementation
• To perform BSC rehoming, Gb over IP, PCU pooling
• To make BSS Parameter Changes.
• Good Knowledge of MNP (Mobile Number Portability) Implementation
