                        MSTC Limited is a Mini Ratna Category-I PSU under the administrative control of the Ministry of Steel, Government of India. The company was set up in 9th September 1964 to act as a regulating authority for export of ferrous scrap with an investment of Rs 6 lakh. Government of India, Members ofSteel Arc Furnace Association and members of ISSAI had made with the investment.MSTC became a subsidiary of SAIL in 1974. In 1982, it got delinked from SAIL and became an independent company under Ministry of Steel. It was a canalizing agency for import of ferrous scrap till 1992.

CANDIDATE PROFILE: 


Management Trainee: (Freshers)


Management Trainee 
  • Qualification-Bachelors Degree in Humanities/ Science/ Commerce/ Law/ Information Technology/ Business Administration / Engineering from recognized University/ Institution of repute, preferably with an MBA/ PGD in Marketing/ International Trade/ Materials/ Law with knowledge in Computer Applications.Applicants must have 60% marks UPTO graduation level. However,candidates having Honors/ Engg. Degree/ Post Graduation with 55% marks in graduation will also be eligible.
Management Trainee-(HR/ADMIN)
  • Qualification-Bachelors Degree in any discipline from recognized University/ Institution of repute preferably with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in HR/ IR/ PM with knowledge in Computer Applications.
Management Trainee-(F&A)
  • Qualification-CA or ICWA with knowledge In Computer Application. 
Management Trainee-(Hindi)
  • Qualification-Masters Degree in Hindi or English (preferably with 60% marks) with English or Hindi respectively as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level
                                                                OR
  • Masters Degree in any subject with English or Hindi medium (preferably with 60% marks) and Hindi or English respectively as compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level
  • One year Diploma/certificate course in translation from English to Hindi and vice-versa from an institute recognized by Govt. of India is desirable.

Junior Manager: (2 Years Experience)

Junior Manager (SYS-DBA)
  • Qualification-Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech. in Electronics/IT/Comp. Science OR MCA from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Experience-Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in Installation, administration and maintenance support primarily for DB2 AIX OS (having IBM DB2 Certification) ,Database systems with HADR and related products in a fast paced production environment.
Junior Manager(SYS-Web Programmer)
  • Qualification-Candidate should possess BE/B.Tech. in Electronics/IT/Comp.Science OR MCA from a recognized University/Institution
  • Experience-Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in Websphere Application Server 8 Administration & Support expertise, Network Deployment Manager knowledge and Administration, Expertise on J2EE Framework , J2EE application topologies, Java/JSP, Web Services using SOAP/REST, Mobile application development etc
