Customer Service Associate:

Candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Candidate should have a willingness to work in 24*7 shifts and female employees will have rotational day shifts.

Supervisory Requiremnts:

Candidate should possess overall 18+ months of call center experience
Candidate should possess minimum 12 months of experience in respective supervisory role
Candidate should have a willingness to work in 24*7 shifts on sundays & Public holidays and female employees will have rotational day shifts.
