CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech degree graduation from any recognized university or institution.
- Candidate should possess 1 to 5 years experience in designing Locomotive Systems
- Candidate should possess Experience in working in cross-functional environment.
- Candidate should have knowledge of locomotive control systems. Experience in locomotive train control and or airbrake systems
- Candidate should possess Working knowledge of statistical analysis, or Six Sigma Greenbelt certified preferred.
- Candidate should possess Experience with requirements management tools
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To define and document all aspects of Train control systems for Locomotives like airbrakes, Cab signal equipment, Event Recorders and HMI. Lead / Participate in product conceptual designs and concept trade off analysis.
- Interact with locomotive subystems to define and document system requirements and interfaces.
- Work with vendors and sourcing to define technical requirements for the product.
- Support Proposals, controls, software, simulator , manufacturing, test and field service groups
- Develop Validation plans and perform system validation.
