Will need to research (real-time) information on various tools to provide accurate information to the customer
Needs to maintain all pertinent data related to the customer interaction
Will be required to work on multiple transactions at a time
Will need to ensure utmost customer satisfaction to ensure the customer is provided accurate information within stipulated time and not keep the customer waiting for a resolution
Should be able to deliver according to the set productivity and quality standards and targets.
Will be required to work on numerous applications and systems at a time.
Will be required to make calls to customers as and when required.
