- Implementing Configuration executing Operations and Maintenance activities of IN Intelligent Network for prepaid customers of Andhra Pradesh and Kerala circles with 100% systems availability.
- To carry out the activities of IN System Administration for uninterrupted services availability-Coordinate for the availability of third party applications STP/MSC connectivity with IN systems.
- Service modifications Hardware configuration FTP/Upgrade release FOR ZERO customer and revenue issues.
- To Handle Customer Complaints to provide best service-To implement IN Operations for smooth functioning-Execute the INHLR Third Party Reconciliation Monthly audits.
